Description
Description:
Our crosslinked Closed Cell Foam is sturdy and stiff. It is non-water absorbent, making it mold and mildew resistant. It is also stain-resistant, making it great for packaging. It is non-biodegradable, has great tensile strength, and is impervious to petroleum. It has a smooth texture and is relatively light at a density of 2 lbs. It is often used commercially for thermal insulation. This includes hot tub covers. Closed Cell foam is used in flotation equipment because it is non-water absorbent and has high buoyancy.
