Foam Certifications

Most of our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified. CertiPUR-US® approved foam is made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. They are Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Foam Lamination

We offer foam lamination services. Laminating foam consists of permanently bonding foam layers together through adhesion. Foam lamination is widely used in the foam mattress industry, allowing for a customizable mattress solution.

Dacron Wrap

We offer Dacron wrapping services. Dacron wrap is a layer of polyester batting used in upholstery to enhance the comfort and appearance of cushions. This wrap is applied around the foam core before upholstering, providing extra softness, maintaining loft, and contributing to the overall durability of furniture cushions. Its smooth and resilient nature makes it a popular choice in creating a polished and comfortable seating experience.

To request this service, during checkout write in the notes box that you would like to have your foam wrapped in Dacron. In order to qualify for our Dacron wrapping services, you will need to have a sufficient quantity of Dacron as well as a can of Spray Adhesive in your cart during checkout.

Maximum Foam Dimensions

Foam has a maximum dimension in which it is produced, known as a bun or slabstock. Foam ordered beyond its maximum dimension will be divided to achieve the desired measurement. It may or may not be adhered together prior to shipment, based on current available stock.
